EU & Swiss hosting
Your account and client data are hosted in Switzerland and the EU, which keeps them under EU/Swiss jurisdiction. All our sub-processors, including email delivery (Mailjet), operate in the EU/EEA, each under a Data Processing Agreement.
Your rights, built in
Agencies can export and permanently delete their data from inside the app (Settings → GDPR). Data-subject requests from clients can be honoured quickly, with export and erasure tooling included.
Data we process
We process the account and client data you put in (names, emails, files, performance figures) only to run the service. We don't sell data and we don't use client data to train models.
Sub-processors
We keep the list of sub-processors short and EU-first (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). The current list is available on request via the contact form.
Data Processing Agreement
A DPA is available for agencies who need one for their own clients. Reach out through the contact form and we'll send it.
