Cookie Policy.

This explains the cookies and similar technologies we use, what each is for, and how you stay in control. Last updated: June 2026.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, like localStorage, work the same way. We use them in three groups: essential, analytics and marketing. We only place analytics and marketing cookies after you have given consent in our cookie banner.

Essential cookies

These are needed for the service to work and cannot be switched off. They keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice, protect against cross-site request forgery, and carry a small first-party referral cookie (kept up to 60 days) so the agency who referred you can be credited if you sign up later. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require consent under the ePrivacy rules.

Analytics cookies (consent required)

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU region, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. PostHog loads only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no analytics script runs and no analytics cookie is set. We do not sell this data, and we never use it to train AI models.

Marketing cookies (consent required)

On our public website we may use marketing and retargeting cookies, which can involve providers such as Meta and Google. Like analytics, these load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. They are never set inside the app, and we never advertise using the data you or your clients put into the workspace.

How consent works

When you first visit, the banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. We default to off: nothing beyond essential cookies loads until you choose accept. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not have to ask again on every visit.

How to withdraw consent

You can change your mind at any time. Clear the cookies and site data for this site in your browser, and the banner will appear again so you can choose differently. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies may be re-set as needed to keep the service working.
